I am currently reading Never Split The Difference by Chris Voss. Chris became the FBI's lead international kidnapping negotiator, and he says life is series of negotiations you should be prepared for. In the book, he shares the principles of negotiation he learned in his career. So far, the book is fascinating and engaging.
